845.Lab（以下「当方」）は、AirBoard（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、同一Wi-Fi/LAN 内の端末間で、テキスト、ファイル、クリップボード情報の共有を行うアプリです。共有した内容はインターネット上のサーバーを経由せず、接続した端末の間でのみやり取りされます。

2. 取得または取り扱う情報

本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得または取り扱うことがあります。

  • 端末名、表示名などの接続識別情報
  • 利用者が送信、受信、共有したテキスト
  • 利用者が送信、受信、共有したファイル名、保存先情報
  • クリップボード共有機能により取り扱われるテキスト
  • 保存先設定、履歴設定その他のアプリ設定情報
  • お問い合わせ時に利用者が提供するメールアドレス等の情報
  • QRコード読み取り時のカメラ利用情報
  • 広告の配信のために Google AdMob が取得する情報（6. を参照。iPhone / iPad / Android 版のみ）

3. 利用目的

取得または取り扱う情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

  • 端末間接続の確立および維持
  • テキスト、ファイル、クリップボード情報の共有
  • 受信ファイルの保存先管理
  • 利用履歴の表示
  • 不具合対応、品質改善
  • お問い合わせ対応
  • 広告の配信（Google AdMob を通じて。Windows 版・Mac 版には広告はありません）

4. 情報の保存

本アプリで取り扱うテキスト、ファイル、設定、履歴等は、主として利用者の端末内または利用者が指定した保存先に保存されます。

5. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、6. に記載する広告配信のため、Google LLC が提供する Google AdMob が情報を取得することがあります。

なお、本アプリの機能上、利用者が共有を実行した情報は、接続された相手端末に送信されます。

6. 広告について

本アプリの iPhone / iPad / Android 版は、広告の配信に Google LLC の Google AdMob を利用しています。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果の測定・不正の防止のために、広告識別子（iOS の IDFA、Android の広告 ID）、IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその位置、端末とアプリの種類、広告の表示と操作に関する情報を取得することがあります。これらの情報は Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に従って取り扱われます。Google による情報の利用については https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites をご覧ください。

  • 欧州経済領域・英国・スイスの利用者には、初回に広告に関する同意の画面を表示します。同意の内容はアプリの「設定」→「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。
  • iPhone / iPad では、トラッキングの許可を iOS の画面で尋ねます。許可しない場合も本アプリはそのまま利用でき、表示される広告がパーソナライズされないものになります。
  • 広告識別子は、端末の設定からリセットしたり、利用を制限したりできます。
  • 利用者が共有したテキスト、ファイル、クリップボードの内容が広告に利用されたり、Google に送信されたりすることはありません。

7. アプリ内課金について

「広告を消す」の購入は App Store または Google Play が処理します。当方が支払い情報（カード番号など）を取得することはありません。購入の記録は、購入の復元のために端末内に保存されます。

8. 権限について

本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の権限またはアクセスを利用することがあります。

  • ネットワークアクセス: 同一Wi-Fi/LAN 内通信のため
  • ファイル/フォルダアクセス: 保存先の選択、ファイル送受信のため
  • クリップボードアクセス: コピー共有機能のため
  • カメラアクセス: QRコード読み取りのため
  • トラッキング（iPhone / iPad）: 許可された場合に、よりあなたに合った広告を表示するため

9. 保存期間

履歴情報は、端末内に保存される場合があります。クリップボード履歴については、自動削除期間を設定できる場合があります。

10. 安全管理

当方は、利用者情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損等の防止に努めます。ただし、通信環境その他の事情により、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

11. 未成年者の利用

未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の同意を得たうえで利用してください。

12. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

845.Lab ("we") sets out how AirBoard ("the app") handles user information. Last updated: September 29, 2026.

1. About the app

AirBoard shares text, files and clipboard contents between devices on the same Wi‑Fi / LAN. What you share never passes through a server on the internet; it goes only between your connected devices.

2. Information we handle

  • Connection identifiers such as device names and display names
  • Text you send, receive or share
  • Names and save locations of files you send, receive or share
  • Text handled by the clipboard sharing feature
  • App settings such as save location and history settings
  • Your email address and other details when you contact us
  • Camera use while scanning a QR code
  • Information collected by Google AdMob to serve ads (see 5; iPhone, iPad and Android only)

3. Purposes

  • Establishing and keeping connections between devices
  • Sharing text, files and clipboard contents
  • Managing where received files are saved
  • Showing your history
  • Fixing problems and improving quality
  • Answering inquiries
  • Serving ads through Google AdMob (the Windows and Mac apps have no ads)

4. Third parties

We do not provide user information to third parties except as required by law. However, Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, may collect information to serve ads as described in 5. Anything you choose to share is sent to the devices you are connected to.

5. Ads

The iPhone, iPad and Android apps use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, the Android advertising ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, device and app type, and information about ad views and taps, to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Google handles this information under its privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). See https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites for how Google uses information.

  • Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland see a consent form first and can change their choice at any time under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
  • On iPhone and iPad, iOS asks for permission to track. If you decline, the app works the same and shows non-personalised ads.
  • You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
  • The text, files and clipboard contents you share are never used for ads and never sent to Google.

6. In-app purchase

The "Remove ads" purchase is processed by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details. A record of the purchase is kept on your device so it can be restored.
